Computerized Condo Information System

Version 1.0 is fully tested and we invite you to participate ONLINE. From now on, when you have a request for the Harbour Towne Condo Association/Management Company, you are no longer limited to calling the Management Company. You may enter your request online. There are TWO OPTIONS:

Option 1)

• Visit our  Harbour Towne website at  www.HarbourTowneCondos.com, then select  CCIS (Owners & Vendors) in the Resources Menu on the lower left  section of your screen.
• On the opening screen, select the “Submit Request” tab.
• Select your Unit Address; click Continue, and then verify with your last name.
• Enter information about your request: the Subject is like the subject in an email message; a headline/summary of your request.
• Enter as much information as possible in the Description field.
• Click Submit.

Option 2)

• For full access to your Requests, you may request your own login id (and password). To do this, contact   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (or 231.750.6908) to set this up.
• Once you have a login, visit our website at  www.HarbourTowneCondos.com, then select  CCIS (Owners & Vendors) in the Resources Menu on the lower left section of your screen.Login with your id/password.
• If necessary, select the “Submit Request” tab.
• Select your name as the Requester. If the request is for your unit, the system will automatically get that information. If it’s NOT about your unit, you may select an address or a person.
• Enter information about your request: the Subject is like the subject in an email message; a headline/summary of your request. Enter as much information as possible in the Description field.
• Click Submit.

No matter which method you use to enter your Request, it will be automatically forwarded to the Management Company and they will address it during normal business hours.
This also means that any email messages you receive from  “Harbour Towne Condos” are now live and relevant to Requests you’ve made in the system.
