Don’t forget to adjust your payment for August! Starting with our August 1^st Payment, please make note of our new, lower dues of $215 per month. This monthly fee covers all of our operating expenses and invests in our Reserve Fund for long term asset maintenance.

What if I have an automatic payment set up?

Great question!

• If SUN is initiating the withdrawal – they will take out the new amount – you don’t have to do anything.
• However, if YOU initiate the payment with some “bill-pay” service with your bank, then, yes, you’ll have to make an adjustment.
