Since the beginning of the month we’ve been doing more rigorous testing with the Management Company and two vendors. We’ve found and addressed several bugs and are now ready to move into the final stages of testing. Additionally we are ready to add the rest of our vendors to the system - at a rate of approximately three per week.

From now on when you receive a request for feedback, please follow the embedded link and give us your thoughts. Please note that you might receive two separate feedback notes –

• one to tell us how the vendor did (if a vendor was involved)
• the other is about your experience with the management company and our board (if a board member was involved).

It may still be necessary for us to practice on you – and if so, we will use the word TEST in the subject line. You may ignore these messages unless we specifically and separately ask you to practice with us.
