Hello!
We are approaching the end of development of the new online CCIS -Condominium Computerized Information System and it’s ready for training and pilot testing for the board members, the management company and selected service vendors. We will be practicing with fictitious examples and actual requests made earlier this year. This means you MAY see email notifications about a request you’ve made (and hopefully resolved), or a totally nonsense one. Please IGNORE these messages (feel free to delete them)! We will alert you when the system is live and you can begin watching for real notices regarding your requests.
In case you don't know what this is all about, here's some background. Back in October of 2008, HTCA board members, the management company, a couple of vendors and a few co-owner volunteers assembled to analyze the current request/maintenance process and design/propose a new one. A significant piece of the new process is a web-based system. This system provides access to all stakeholders and electronically routes information in real-time. For example:
…Co-owners can enter their request online and then the request is routed electronically to the management company for approval and assignment to the appropriate service vendor.
…If board member approval is necessary, the management company will route it accordingly and the board member can approve it within hours.
…At any time co-owners can view the status of their request.
Additionally, we plan to analyze requests/repair trends and hopefully minimize our future maintenance costs.
If you have any questions about any of this, please feel free to contact Kelly (
