Our dune grass area around the pond has numerous trash trees (cottonwoods). A representative from Quality Landscape will help volunteers identify"nuisance trees" and to apply chemicals to prevent re-growth. We plan to make this a short, two hour productive session.

As a reward for your "free labor, eco-mindedness and condo camaraderie", all participants will be rewarded with an outdoor lunch at 11:30 am on Sand Bar Court. Please bring your portable tables and chairs... all other items will be provided.

If you plan on attending this event, please contact Larry Tetzlaff 670-2038) or Paul Schreur 614-582-2031) with the number of persons who will be participating ... no later than (Friday August 8/26/2011..5pm) so adequate food and beverages can be secured.

Please come prepared with pruning shears, work gloves, shoes, socks, long pants and long sleeved shirts to protect you from scratches. We will meet at the front of Dockers' parking lot at 8:50 am! In the event of inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled to the following weekend (Saturday September 03, 2011).
