What is it?

An automatic monthly deduction of your Association dues from your bank. The form we provide authorizes the Management Company, acting on behalf of Harbour Towne Condominium Association, to deduct your payment each month. (Automated Clearing House (ACH) is an electronic network for financial transactions in the United States.)

If you prefer, you can contact your bank and set up an automatic or electronic payment (some banks refer to this as "electronic bill pay").

Why should I do it?

The biggest advantage to having your dues paid automatically is to avoid missing a due date. HTCA's current policy states that if you miss the deadline for association dues, a late fee of $10 will be added to your account.

How do I do it?

To have your dues automatically deducted from your checking or savings account by HTCA (via the Management Company)....

1. Download this form, or Contact Sun Agency (231.759.7722 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and ask them to send you the ACH Authorization Form
2. Complete the form (completely please).
3. Return the completed form and a VOIDED check to Sun Agency at 841 Post Road, Muskegon, MI 49441.

Alternatively, if you want to pay through your bank electronically, contact your customer service agent (no need to use our form).

When does it take affect?

If you choose to use the HTCA ACH method with the provided form...

• Once the form is received by the Management Company and submitted to your bank, the automatic deduction should take effect the following month.
• All debits occur on the 5th of the month, or the next business day thereafter.

If you choose to use your bank, ask them for timing information.

How do I CANCEL my automatic payment?

If using the HTCA system, download this form, sign it and return it to: Sun Agency at 841 Post Road, Muskegon, MI 49441. If you've set up automatic payments through your bank, contact your customer service agent instead.
