What's Happening?
Our buildings are painted on a regular basis - approximately 7 buildings per year. The buildings are power washed to remove all loose stain, cracked wood siding is repaired or replaced, and two separate coats of stain are applied. The garage door and (green) entry door are also painted if needed. And, actually, it's a STAIN that penetrates the boards. Paint stays on top of the boards.
