What do they do?

Sun Agency is our Management Company. Their primary responsibilities for us include:

• Receipt and coordination of Co-Owner maintenance requests
• Coordination of vendor services to address maintenance issues
• Administrative tasks such as dues invoicing, and receiving payments; paying vendors, etc.
• Participation in monthly board meetings
• Duplication and mailing (and now sending bulk-email)
• And many other services asked by our board members.

Who are they?

Sun Agency Inc. was established in 1958 by the late Richard J. Greenwald. Sun Agency, Inc., has been for the most part a family owned and operated business.  Sun Agency is currently managed by Kathleen M. Vanderwater, the daughter of Mr. Greenwald, and has been with the company for thirty six years.

Although Sun Agency is also a real estate brokerage office, it is primarily known for its involvement in property management and is considered the largest property management company in the Muskegon area.  Sun Agency has handled the property management of Harbour Towne Condominiums since it was turned over to the Association in May 2000. 

Sun Agency was previously involved with Harbour Towne through the developer, John Darien before it was turned over to the Association.
