LARRY LATHROP, being duly sworn, on oath deposes and says that on April 19, 1990, he served a true and correct copy of the Notice of Intent to Establish Condominium Project as required under Act 1978 P.A. 59, as amended, Section 71, on those agencies asset forth in section 71 of the Act, by depositing the same in a United States Government mail receptacle at Muskegon, Michigan, and mailing the same enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly addressed to such persons or agencies with postage thereof fully prepaid.
