NOTE This Amendment applies to the HT Master Deed.
FIRST AMENDMENT TO MASTER DEED OF HARBOUR TOWNE CONDOMINIUM (Act 59, Public Acts or 1978 as amended) JOHN DARIEN HOMES, INC., a Michigan corporation, as Developer of Harbour Towne Condominium, a condominium project established pursuant to Master Deed dated June 26, 1992, and recorded at Liber 1636, pages 609-697 inclusive, Muskegon County Records, hereby amends said Master Deed pursuant to the authority reserved in Article VIII thereof for the purpose or amending the Condominium By-Laws or Harbour Towne Condominium and amending the Subdivision Plan of Harbour Towne Condominium. Pursuant thereto, said Master Deed is hereby amended in the following manner: 1. Article VII, Section 3, or the Condominium By-Laws of Harbour Towne Condominium attached as "Exhibit A" to the Master Deed of Harbour Towne Condominium is hereby amended by the addition of the following: "(j) No co-owner nor the guests or invitees or a co-owner shall reed any water fowl within the boundaries or the Harbour Towne Condominium Development."
2. The Condominium Subdivision Plan attached as "Exhibit B" to the Master Deed or Harbour Towne Condominium is hereby amended by substituting for sheets number 1 through 26 thereof, amended sheets number 1 through 27 as "Exhibit B" to this amendment. Amended sheets number 1 through 27 or Replat No.1 to the Condominium Subdivision Plan or Barbour Towne Condominium shall -1- also, upon recordation in the office of the Muskegon County Register of Deeds, supplement and be incorporated in the Condominium Subdivision Plan of Harbour Towne Condominium. 3. In all other respects, the provisions of the Master Deed of Harbour Towne Condominium dated June 26, 1992, and recorded in the office of the Resister of Deeds for Muskegon County, Michigan as Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 38, are hereby ratified and confirmed.
