Whenever any Co-Owner proposes to sell , give, lease, devise or otherwise transfer any unit , or interest, said Co-Owner(s) shall give the Association (via the Board) not less than (30) days prior written notice of the proposed transfer, which notice shall briefly describe the type of transfer proposed by the Co-Owner and shall state the name, address of the proposed Transferee. (See Attachment A). No unit may be leased for less than (90) days or more than (2) years without prior permission of the Board.
