this is where/how you can create articles that link to forms or other articles on the site. 

you add appropriate text, then highlight the text, then click on the "chain" in the editor and paste in the URL from the contact form you created for this purpose.

this is an example:

Tell people to click here to submit a classified ad. 

in this case, the URL is:  index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=11

p.s.  It occurs to me that using this link may be a problem because it has an "id=11" in it.  this implies that user #11 is calculated, which may change in the future.  try instead using the text from the alias instead like this:  http://www.harbourtownecondos.com/index.php/submit-classified-ad

It should work more reliably.  (suggest you test this)
